Due to the COVID19 situation, we will promptly inform the participants in case of cancellation of the course due to causes which do not depend on us. Rothoblaas is not taking responsibility for the consequences of the cancellation. We advise to book travel tickets with an insurance for the COVID19 correlated travel issues.

Once the booking is done, there is free cancellation until 2-5-2022 for the summer edition and for the full-package and the 30-9-2022 for the Winter edition. After these dates, cancellation is always possible with the retain of 50% of the total price. If the cancellation of the whole course is done by Rothoblaas, the participants would get a full refund of the price of the course.

The course must be considered confirmed once participants get an official communication by Rothoblaas after the booking deadline: Summer edition and full package 31-5-2022; Winter edition 31-10-2022.
